On May 10, 2026, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) and other departments jointly issued the Interim Provisions on the Protection of the Basic Rights and Interests of Over-Age Workers (hereinafter referred to as the "Provisions"), effective July 1, 2026.
