Centralised Exports Of Natural Resources – Key Highlights Of Government Regulation No. 24 Of 2026 On The Governance Of Export Of Strategic Natural Resource Commodities
On 20 May 2026, the President of the Republic of Indonesia enacted Government Regulation (“GR”) No. 24 of 2026 on the Governance of Export of Strategic Natural Resource Commodities (“GR 24/2026”), which took effect on 1 June 2026.
