Czech News - December 1997 - Estimated Amount Of Social Security Payment

The Act published under No. 306/1997 Coll., which amended the Act No. 589/1992 Coll. on Social Security Insurance, newly introduced the term "estimated amount of social security payment".

It is aimed to be applied for determining owed social security payments in cases where relevant persons do not comply with the obligation to file with the relevant Social Security Authority information concerning their assessment base.
