Tucson, Arizona — [April 27, 2026] —Cannabis dispensaries and cultivators Earth’s Healing, Inc. and Globe Farmacy, Inc. (operating as Earth’s Healing North), were sold for $31 million. The sale included transfers of ownership in the dispensary corporations and conveyance of the dispensaries’ retail real estate for cash and carryback loans. This sale marks a significant milestone for the Southern Arizona regulated cannabis market.

Additionally, the dispensaries’ 140,000 square foot cultivation facility in Tucson, hosting advanced cultivation techniques and quality control methodologies, was leased on a long-term basis, thus enhancing economic benefits not reflected in the total sales price.

“My commitment to cannabis began in 2010 with a small operation that, despite limited resources, quickly became a leader in patient education and community interest,” said Vicky Puchi-Saavedra, Founder of Earth’s Healing. “Over the years, we grew thoughtfully—expanding cultivation, introducing new products, adding voluntary product testing early in the market’s development, and continuously improving how we serve our customers, even through challenges like COVID-19. I’m incredibly proud of the foundation we built and the team that continues to carry that forward. As Earth’s Healing enters this next chapter, I’m confident customers will continue to experience the same level of care and quality they’ve come to expect.”

Having sold her businesses, Ms. Puchi-Saavedra will still be involved with the Earth’s Healing dispensaries, but now as a lender to the next-gen owner, Jigar Patel, and affiliated entities.

Ms. Puchi-Saavedra anticipates that under new ownership and legacy management, Earth’s Healing customers will feel the same caring, competent, and quality experiences as they had at the dispensaries prior to the sale. Will Elliott, Magie Puchi-Saavedra, Eddie Saavedra, and Miles Sadowsky, key executives during Ms. Puchi-Saavedra’s tenure, continue guiding the dispensaries, cultivation facility, extraction production, and lab testing.
