current developments in the Bank of Cyprus (BoC) and the creation
of the new Board of Directors. Mr. Neocleous confirmed that neither
our firm nor any other law firm involved has an interest in
assuming a role in the administration of the bank and confirmed
that only the best and most fit will be chosen for the new Board of
Directors.
