The Government's draft amendment to the Tax Administration Law (for detailed information see our October Czech News) will be discussed by the Parliament's budget committee. The committee should not link passage of this to support for a provision requiring personal-asset declarations. However, separate draft legislation that would require asset declarations will be put forward.
