Our Luxembourg Investment Management team advised Arcmont Asset Management Limited (Arcmont) on the Luxembourg regulatory and legal aspects related to the launch of Capital Solutions Fund II.
The fund has raised total investable capital of approximately EUR 1.5 billion, nearly doubling the size of its predecessor, Capital Solutions I. It attracted a diverse range of investors, including pension funds, endowments, insurance companies, family offices and sovereign wealth funds from North America, Europe and Asia.
Our team assisted Arcmont on Luxembourg matters throughout the set-up, fundraising, fund financing and closing of the fund.
The fund will focus on more complex credit opportunities, junior capital and market dislocations with higher return potential.
