We're pleased to announce that lawyer David Hansford will be joining the MLT Aikins Vancouver office as counsel.
David's work is transaction-based, involving all aspects of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on advising public companies involved in M&A transactions and corporate finance transactions. In addition to transactional work, David advises public companies on their day-to-day securities compliance, disclosure and corporate governance matters and Canadian stock exchange issues. He has particular experience with stock exchange listings and the restructuring of existing public companies. David advises clients across a wide range of industries, including in the technology, infrastructure and mining sectors.
