Lowenstein Sandler represented Coalesce Capital portfolio company Miller Environmental Group in the purchase of all the issued and outstanding equity interests of each of Central Ohio Oil Company, Inc, an environmental waste treatment and disposal services company.
This acquisition marks another important step in Miller's strategic expansion. strengthening its vertically integrated platform and adding density and capabilities within key regional markets.
Lowenstein Sandler previously represented Miller Environmental in its acquisitions of ACE Environmental, a full-service provider of environmental services for commercial, industrial, marine, and residential markets in the Mid-Atlantic region; Haz-Mat Environmental Services, a leading full-service provider of industrial waste treatment and disposal services; and Canco, a leading provider of industrial services.
