We are delighted to announce the appointments of Jess Hui as Senior Associate and Hannah Mackay as Associate at Swaab, further strengthening our expertise and depth of service across key sectors.
Jess Hui takes on the role of Senior Associate in our Corporate and Commercial team. Jess brings extensive experience advising clients on corporate structuring and restructuring, commercial contract drafting, reviews, and negotiations, as well as business sales and acquisitions. Her expertise also spans franchising, IT and cybersecurity advisory, and intellectual property applications and infringement matters, alongside a wide range of transactional work. Jess is passionate about becoming a trusted advisor to her clients, working closely with them to understand their businesses and support their long-term success.
Also joining the firm, Hannah Mackay joins us as an Associate, bringing a practical and commercially focused approach to her work. Hannah has experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and is recognised for delivering clear, concise, and comprehensive advice. She supports clients across a variety of sectors, including Hotels & Hospitality, Private Clients & Family Businesses, Property & Construction, and Real Estate. Hannah’s pragmatic style and strong commercial awareness make her a valuable addition to both our team and our clients.
