Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Global CEO Justin D’Agostino has been appointed Vice-Chair of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Headquartered in Paris and representing more than 45 million companies in over 170 countries, ICC promotes international trade, responsible business conduct and a global approach to regulation, and works with international organisations including the United Nations, the World Trade Organization and the G20. Its members include many of the world’s leading companies, business associations and chambers of commerce.
As ICC Vice-Chair, Justin will support the organisation’s strategic direction and priorities at a time of continued global change, including strengthening global trade and investment and navigating economic uncertainty.
Commenting on his appointment, Justin said:
“It is a privilege to be appointed Vice-Chair of ICC at an important time for businesses, industries and economies worldwide.
“The global landscape continues to evolve rapidly, shaped by economic, technological and geopolitical change. ICC plays a vital role in representing businesses of all sizes and supporting international cooperation.
“I look forward to working with the ICC leadership to help advance its priorities and support the global business community.”
The appointment was confirmed at a meeting of ICC World Council in Paris on 11 June 2026, as part of a wider leadership transition within the organisation. Justin will serve alongside newly elected ICC Chair Harsh Pati Singhania, First Vice-Chair Shinta Kamdani, and Vice-Chair Rebecca Enonchong.
Justin’s appointment builds on his longstanding relationship with ICC. He has served on its Executive Board since 2022 and is a former member of its Governing Body on Dispute Resolution Services and ICC International Court of Arbitration.
