Slovak News - December 1997 - Laws Approved By Parliament - Amendment To The Act

Parliament passed an amendment to the Act on Debenture Notes, which liberalises the conditions of their issue.

The amendment cancels the obligation to ask for the permission of the Ministry of Finance SR to issue debenture notes, if the issuer is a resident of an OECD country.
