  2. King Lofts Toronto I Ltd. v. Emmons, 2014 ONCA 215 (CanLII) - Ontario Court of Appeal upholding a Motions judge's decision in the granting of a summary judgment in favour of the plaintiffs on a motion that had been brought by the defendants based on a limitation period argument.
  3. Farwell v. Citair, Inc. (General Coach Canada), 2014 ONCA 177 (CanLII) - Ontario Court of Appeal considered the concept of efficient breach in employment law situations.
