Tagung zu den aktuellen Entwicklungen des Zivilprozessrechts, organisiert vom Europa Institut an der Universität Zürich unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Tanja Domej, Prof. Dr. Lorenz Drose und Christian Stadler.

Cinzia Catelli referierte zum Thema der aktuellen Entwicklungen in der Rechtsprechung zu vorsorglichen Massnahmen.

Zu den Referierenden zählten zudem zahlreiche Vertreterinnen und Vertreter der Justiz, die über die jüngsten Entwicklungen in der zivilprozessrechtlichen Praxis berichteten. Zur Praxis des Bundesgerichts sprach Prof. Dr. Christoph Hurni, Präsident der Ersten zivilrechtlichen Abteilung des Bundesgerichts. Die Praxis des Handelsgerichts Zürich wurde von Noëlle Kaiser Job, Oberrichterin am Handelsgericht Zürich, vorgestellt. Über die Praxis des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich referierte Thomas Engler, Leitender Gerichtsschreiber und Ersatzrichter am Obergericht des Kantons Zürich.
