Taft partner Henry Alderfer will present at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) program, Choosing the Right Business Entity for Your Client, on June 25. The half-day program will provide practical guidance on entity selection and business formation, including governance considerations, tax implications, capital-raising strategies, incentive equity, and LLC agreement drafting. Alderfer serves as program chair and will present “Deep Dive on LLC Agreements.”

Henry is a corporate partner at Taft, focusing on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, joint ventures, minority investments (including mezzanine financings), and other high-stakes corporate transactions and liquidity events. Henry has represented clients across a wide variety of industries, and has extensive experience advising clients with respect to renewable energy project financings, joint ventures, and monetization events. Prior to joining Taft, Henry was an associate at a prominent law firm in Wilmington, Delaware, where he advised corporate and private equity clients on complex transactions and operational issues relating to Delaware corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships
